TrueRuler provides a free, browser-based on-screen ruler, protractor, printable ruler and unit converter. No account or installation is required.
The ruler's accuracy depends on correct calibration of your individual screen. While we aim for accuracy within about a millimetre after calibration, the Service is a convenience tool, not a certified measuring instrument. Do not rely on it for safety-critical, medical, legal or engineering measurements where precision matters. Always verify with a physical ruler for important measurements.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The site's original text, design and illustrations are owned by TrueRuler. You may use the tool for personal and commercial measuring tasks, but you may not copy or republish substantial parts of the site's content without permission.
The Service may display third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense) and links. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose.
